ZeroNorth supports only OTP generators such as:
- Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or similar
- Email and SMS are NOT supported for MFA
All new users will need to establish a MFA method.
Once users sign up they will be given back up codes that should be securely stored. The back up codes will allow access to the ZeroNorth platform should the user’s MFA method be unavailable.
Please contact support@harness.io if a user needs to have their MFA reset. Also note that we will ask for 3rd party verification; please CC a colleague that can vouch for the request.
