Window Docker Plugin Problem

I want to use plugin/docker Window version on Window drone worker. I tested on drone and also using the image on host. Both shows access error. The username and password are the same account I test on Linux version before. Not sure are the parameters need to be different using Linux version.

This is the image I use in host. The logs show the same when I use in drone.

The red block are my docker hub values.
