Warning or error when github-release plugin fails

https://cloud.drone.io/baxterworks-build/qemu/41/1/3 shows that the publish step was completed really quickly - unfortunately no files were uploaded, I think because .. isn’t supported in a path for the files: setting.

Is there a way to have a warning or error thrown when the publish doesn’t actually publish any files?

looks like you might have figured it out, but in terms of error messaging it does look like there is an open issue and some discussion here: https://github.com/drone-plugins/drone-github-release/issues/39
