Is it possible to view alerts set by other users?
Answer:
To view other users’ alerts, an Admin of the environment must access the Settings section and select the Alerts link to the right of the environment.
1. Click on Settings next to your name on the top right corner of the OverOps dashboard.
2. Click on Environments on the top-left corner.
3. Click on the Alerts link to the right of the environment you are looking to view.
4. Click the dropdown on the top-right next to your name and select the person you are trying to view their alerts for.
5. Select the alert you are trying to view and adjust any necessary changes and click Apply. NOTE: Making changes here will affect this alert globally for all users.
