SAML Authorization Error Code 8010

Problem Description:

When logging in via SAML/SEO authentication you received Error Code 8010.

Environment:

SaaS: Version 4.53.0 and newer
Hybrid: Version 4.53.0 and newer
On-Premise: Version 4.53.0 and newer

Resolution:

  • Review your SAML Groups setup and ensure no empty Environment Role keys are existing
  • Review that all Environments specified do exist/are correctly spelled.

Cause:

The IDP Overops-Group values are either not set up or the values provided do not exist or are spelled incorrectly.
