The Initiate Scans From is an attribute of an Integration and an indication of where the activity (a data load or orchestration) will take place.
- SaaS = ZeroNorth Platform indicates that the scan will happen in ZeroNorth’s AWS VPC
- Onprem = Customer’s Environment indicates that the scan happens on-prem (i.e., customer’s data center or VPC)
The Initiate Scans From setting can be overridden at the Policy level. The Policy will default the Initiate Scans From field to whatever it was set in the Integration.
