since pipelines in a multi pipeline build are independent from eachother, it should be possible to restart just a specific pipeline.

We would love this as well since we have some massive mono repos which have a few too many pipelines.
That’s all well and good but when flaky tests come into the mix it can be annoying.
And for those beeing able to restart a single pipeline would be super nice
