Resources limitation and timeout

Is there any way to limit resources (memory/cpu/etc) for build? And any way to set timeout for build?

timeout can be adjusted in the repository settings, accessible from the hamburger menu.

Why I can’t see the hamburger menu and timeout item?

You do not see the hamburger menu because it was removed when the user interface was re-designed in drone 1.x (the screenshot in this thread is from 0.8.x). The reason you do not see the timeout is because you are not a Drone system administrator. See https://docs.drone.io/server/user/admin/
