Customers wishing to separate groups of findings OR end-users can do so using sub-accounts. Sub-accounts are linked together by a Main account. Main accounts can have up to 30 sub-accounts.
In the example below, Jane’s end-user login was created at the Main account level and can move down to the other sub-accounts as if she were a native end-user in those accounts. She will retain the same access level or Role which could be Admin, User, or User Read Only.
Joe however, will not be able to move up to the Main account or across to the other sub-accounts. He will not be aware that those other Main or sub-accounts exist.
Additionally, findings cannot be migrated over from one sub-account to another.
