How to grant admin permissions

I know how to create the first User Admin on a drone server. It’s documented here: Admin Creation

According to the section Admin Capabilities/1. Manage accounts I show how be able to grant administrative permissions to other accounts. But how do I do that? I’d like to give a second user of the server the possibility to change timeouts and trust settings of repositories.

you can use the CLI to add new users. If you want to make them administrators you can use the --admin flag. https://docs.drone.io/administration/user/management/
