Hook into repo registration / deletion

Hello

Thank you for distributing Drone. Is there a way to know when a repository has been added / removed from the repo list ?
Can we trigger a hook for such cases ?

I’d like to automatically create a dedicated volume to store repository related items, so I’d like to be able to know when a repository has been added / removed from the drone DB.
