The first time I logged into the system, after syncing the repository, there is no permission information, all items show no permissions, I am already a gitlab administrator, but any prompt to contact the administrator to open.

This is expected. The permission to the repository is fetched on demand the first time you try to access the repository (either via the API or the website).

There are also detailed debug and trace logs that are written to the server logs that provide more details regarding the system’s decision making. Trace logging should be enabled and those logs should be posted to the forum so that you can receive assistance, as there are no known issues with the current sync process (if there were, it would imply Drone has been broken for years without anyone noticing …)
