Error creating a K8S cluster

I’m trying to add a new K8S cluster cloud provider, but get the following error. I expected to see a bunch of fields to populate for the K8S cluster (URL, certificates etc), but all I get is the usage scope. Have I done something wrong here?

After some experimentation I managed to get the K8S cloud provider added, but now see this error creating the infrastructure definition:

I’ve never seen that error before. There’s a blue “?” In the bottom right of the page. Can you click on that and create a ticket for this?
