hello! trying a very simple .yaml with a config, helm throws this error (see %subj%). tried other configs too. same thing. any ideas please?

I cannot speak to helm (never used it) but DRONE_SERVER_HOST is a required value. You can see our official installation instruction here. You will need to make sure you provide all required variables when installing via helm.
