Email domain changed from google.com; user can no longer login to OverOps

Problem Description:

Your account in OverOps was originally setup with an email address which domain authenticated against Google. Since then we moved to a different domain and I can no longer login to OverOps via Sign in with Google or via email.

Environment:

SaaS: all versions

Resolution:

Logout of OverOps and follow the Forgot Password link.

Set a new password and login with email and your new password without clicking on Sign in with Google .

NOTE :
The reset link is sent to you via email. You still need to be able to access emails send to your old email domain.

Cause:

Google can no longer authenticate your domain email address. By setting a password you can bypass Google.com and login directly into OverOps.
