Drone without SCM setup?

Hi.

I don’t want Drone to trigger automatically, at least for now. I only want to trigger it via the API. Is this possible? If not, how hard would it be to hack it in? I’ve been diving in and out of Go projects recently, if it might be approachable?

Drone is tightly couple with the SCM by design. I am not sure what level of effort would be involved, but I suspect it would be significant and would require re-writing large portions of the codebase.

For anyone else that might find this, I did wind up finding:
