Drone 1.3.0 silently fails on armv7

Previous version 1.2.3 works fine and I’m not sure how to even trouble shoot this.

Just tested 1.3.1 and it does the same - just silently fails.

we run the 1.3.1 agents at cloud.drone.io and they are running without issue. I do not run the server on arm, but would accept a patch if you discover there is a problem with our build process.
