Create change task in ServiceNow

Hi All,
I am trying to accomplish a feature where in, I can able to create a change task in ServiceNow before a production deployment through a pipeline. Is there a plugin that I can use to achieve this or anyone has done that in their work?

Appreciate any ideas or pointers.
