Client version 1.40 is too new

This morning I am starting to see this “randomly” in pipelines on cloud.drone.io

“Error response from daemon: client version 1.40 is too new. Maximum supported API version is 1.39”

For example https://cloud.drone.io/cs3org/reva/2291/4/1

Do we have to start defining variables like DOCKER_API_VERSION in our drone config?

Or is this something that needs to be sorted out generally in cloud.drone.io ?

Similar to Deployment: Error response from daemon: client version 1.40 is too new. Maximum supported API version is 1.39

But it has “suddenly/unexpectedly” started happening on the public cloud.drone.io

2 lots of CI passed just now. Maybe this has been fixed.
