Cannot verify user authenticity

I’ve created a new account named “xenia-ci” which is failing to log in with error “Cannot verify user authenticity”. I am aware of your policy regarding mining/abuse and that’s the reason why this is happening.

Is there a possibility of getting this account manually accepted?

This is really frustrating, We really would like to move the xenia OSS project to drone but can’t have our account activated.
