We’d like to add few our plugins to the public index. Recently we created PR and after that even tried to contact developers via Gitter, but without any reaction (probably just busy?). So, maybe this place is visited more often by Drone CI developers 
@bradrydzewski, could you, please, take a look at PR by the link above? Or redirect to someone else who could do the same?
